Head of Compliance, MLRO – London UK, remote
General Description and Responsibilities
The Head of Compliance will be primarily responsible for overseeing compliance within the Company and ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies and procedures.
As the compliance leader and subject matter expert, the Head of Compliance will be responsible for establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the compliance programs throughout the Company are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Head of Compliance has to provide reasonable assurance to the Board that there are effective and efficient policies and procedures in place, well understood and respected by all employees, and that the company is complying with all regulatory requirements.
The Head of Compliance will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and must inform the Board about important issues and material violations.

Chief Marketing Officer, CMO
The Role
As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Finadvant, you will report directly to our CEO and join as the newest member of our Management Team. You will build and lead a team to drive our marketing strategy in the short, medium and long-term, playing a critical role in Finadvant’s expansion.

The Role

Ensure overall product portfolio risks and dependencies are clearly managed and communicated.

The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will bring a true passion for solving customer issues and providing the highest level of customer care. Your immediate responsibility will be to help us build a first-class customer service department. You will be looking at how we can best service, support and retain customers.

The Role
As a Manual QA Engineer, you will bring a true passion for ensuring stability of software. You will test and document the best possible internet banking solutions for the B2B market. You will test customer facing apps, backo-office sites, and headless serverless applications.
As a financial organization we put stability and reliability of our software solutions as a top priority. So you will be driving continuous improvement on making our software systems as stable as possible.
Activities
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Communicate with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
Monitor debugging process results
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Lead post mortems and document RCAs.
